what is human design?

Human Design is a tool I use to help people understand how they’re wired—individually, in relationships, and when making decisions. It uses your birth date, time, and location to generate a chart (your BodyGraph) that highlights patterns you’ve probably noticed for years, especially under stress.

You don’t need to learn the whole system. Start with the basics (Type + Strategy + Authority), test them in real life, and keep what works.

  1. Type | How your energy is wired to move through life with less resistance.

  2. Strategy | How you are designed to personally interact with others and life.

  3. Authority | How you’re built to make decisions you can trust.

These three alone can change how you handle pressure, relationships, and daily choices.

  • Compare what happens when you follow your Design vs. not-self

  • Allow for deconditioning over time

How I use human design in my work

I use Human Design as a practical tool, not a label. We translate your chart into real-life language and apply it to what’s happening right now—your relationships, decisions, boundaries, and patterns. A lot of people stay stuck because they don’t have words for what they’re experiencing. When you can name it, you can change it.
