Where you thrive — the environments that help you feel clear and grounded.
How you see life — your natural way of noticing patterns and staying present.
What drives your thinking — your inner motivation and how you process experiences.
You’ll walk away with real-world ways to support your body, calm your mind, and live more in sync with your design.
Includes: two 60-minute sessions on Zoom + optional written summary. Requires: accurate birth time and a completed Foundation Reading.
