How long are sessions?

1:1 sessions are 50 minutes. Couples sessions are 75 minutes.

How do sessions happen?

Sessions are on Zoom. You’ll get a link after you book.

What happens in the first session?

We get clear on what’s happening right now, what keeps repeating, and what you want to be different. You’ll leave with a focus and a next step—nothing vague.

Is this a membership or a one-time purchase?

These packages are set up as memberships. Your membership renews based on your purchase date (that becomes your billing date).

Is there a commitment?

There’s no long-term commitment. The only commitment is finishing the package period you paid for (your current billing cycle).

How do I cancel my membership?

Cancel inside your online profile at least 10 days before your next billing date (your purchase date).

If you cancel after that window, your membership may renew for the next cycle.

How do I choose weekly vs. biweekly?

Weekly is best if things feel active, heavy, or urgent. Biweekly is best if you want time to practice between sessions.

What if I need to reschedule?

No problem. I require a 24 hour notice to reschedule if not you forfeit that session. If it’s less than that, the session counts as used.

What if my partner won’t do couples coaching?

Then 1:1 coaching is still a strong option. You can get clear, set boundaries, and decide your next step even if the other person isn’t willing.
